Surveillance security – It is important to consider what you want to monitor with the Closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance system. Then, determine the picture quality that you need for your surveillance security system. Typically, surveillance systems record at slower speed, which result in jerky image but saves recording space. Higher rate of recording and playback are preferred.

Day/night cameras have a super sensitive imaging chip inside them. These cameras work well in low light without infrared lighting needed. Low light is not much available light, street lights or moon light for instance.

There are some kinds of surveillance security cameras:

• Bullet cameras are thin, packed together and nearly can be located anywhere. The lens in the camera cannot be exchanged. These kinds of cameras are immense for hidden surveillance.
• Mini cameras are some of the smallest available, but still offer very good resolution and suitable for surveillance humble.
• Dome cameras are a popular style. Some dome cameras come in a steel dome to protect against destroyers.
